Enjoyed some of the free stuff and decided to purchase a premium package. Unfortunately, everything is still locked like before purchasing. The app tells me to get premium, then a popup says I've already purchased it over and over in a loop. The free materials seemed good, but it seems like the app has some issues. $58.43 I doubt I'll get back. EDIT: After reaching out to support I was sent an unrelated copy/paste answer and have not gotten another response after 24 hours. Refund requested.

It's a good app, I dropped a star because I already passed my Technician and General exams, but I'm forced to pay for all three with the highest price of $79. It would be much more attractive if each exam was sold separately and at the SAME price ($35?). THEN, offer discounts when more than one is purchased at the same time. There are decent free apps available. I'd pay $35, but not $80.

Only the video lessons are part of the paid content. We can help you purchase just the Extra course separately. Send us an email, and we’ll offer you a great deal.

I used the free version at the time because I was on a crunch and still not sure about everything, but the information was invaluable and within a few days I had passed the test. I have now upgraded to the full featured version to access all the test banks as I expect to upgrade my license at a future opportunity, and I also got the Basics course included which was nice. I think it was well worth it. I intend to purchase the other courses as well. No more aimless YouTube hunting.
